Company

A restaurant technology company, built from the floor up

Next Gen Profits builds technology and growth systems for restaurants. We develop software, automation and data infrastructure that help independent operators understand their guests, run tighter operations and grow revenue.

01 — Mission

Give independent restaurants the systems larger groups take for granted.

Independent restaurants run on fragmented tools: one system for reservations, another for ordering, a spreadsheet for guests, and marketing that lives somewhere else entirely. Next Gen Profits exists to connect those pieces into a single operating picture, then use that picture to make growth decisions clearer.

We combine technology, marketing, data and automation because these problems do not sit in separate departments inside a restaurant — they sit with the owner.

02 — Vision

Your restaurant tells you what to do next — and eventually does it for you.

Restaurant software should progress from showing data, to recommending actions, to helping execute those actions. That progression guides every product we develop.

03 — How we build

Built in restaurants. Designed for restaurants.

Start in the operation

We begin with a real workflow — the reservation book, the guest list, the daily close — and study where time and revenue leak.

Build the smallest real system

We develop working software around that workflow rather than a prototype that only survives a demo.

Test, then extend

Once a system holds up in a live environment, we connect it to the next data source and widen the picture.

04 — Company principles

How we operate

P1

Operations first

If it does not work on a busy service, it does not ship.

P2

Honest by default

No inflated numbers, no invented results, no theater.

P3

Systems over tactics

Durable infrastructure beats one-off campaigns.

P4

Own the stack

Technology, data and marketing designed to work together.

P5

Ship and learn

Small releases tested in real restaurant environments.

P6

Independent focus

Built for independent operators, not enterprise chains.

Building smarter systems for independent restaurants.
